I got as far as changing the "bEnableAudio=1" to 0, adding "bAllowMultipleMasterFiles=1" and "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" under General because it wasn't there, reinstalling both Creation Kit and Skyrim SE, disabling all mods, verify files then restart, run, close, then launch Creation Kit. I also have Creation Kit.exe installed in my Skyrim Special Edition directory. Unfortunately, there weren't many solutions/answers to those posts that I could do (or that of those that worked). I did do some research regarding this problem and I wasn't surprised that there were a lot of posts about it. Of course, the Creation Kit is needed, though even before I actually took modding tutorials seriously, every time I start it up it just gives me the loading cursor then the "Not Responding" message on top. So I went and followed a starter tutorial about creating a follower. Hello there, I've been playing Skyrim for a long time now and have just recently taken interest in modding.
